           Additional details:

• • To qualify for these promotions, (1) a new lease for the apartment must be signed and (2) first month’s rent must be paid for the apartment.
  • Gift card rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of receiving the e-gift card or the reward code will expire.  Once activated, your prepaid reward will expire after 6 months. You must use within 6 months. Unredeemed or unused amounts will be forfeited if not actioned within the timeframes above.
  • Offers only valid for new residents and do not apply to current residents that are transferring on property, as-is leases, or apartments that rent through the affordable housing program.
