Known as a celebration of the cultural diversity of NYC -- and especially Queens -- the Queens Night Market has returned for 2026, kicking off its 11th season on April 18 at the New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park.
Over the years, this open‑air night market has grown into one of the city’s most popular weekend events, welcoming 15,000+ visitors each Saturday, helping launch hundreds of small businesses, and showcasing food, art, and performances representing more than 90 countries. The market takes place every Saturday night from April through late October, making it an easy, family‑friendly way to experience global culture without leaving the city.
For the 2026 season, food prices remain capped at $5–$6 per item, allowing visitors to sample a wide variety of cuisines at accessible prices. Each week, the market features up to 100 independent vendors, selling everything from international street food to handmade art, merchandise, and specialty goods, alongside cultural performances throughout the season.
Some of the food offerings you can expect this year include Korean‑style jjajangmyeon, Colombian arepas, Romanian‑Hungarian chimney cake, Indonesian satay, Haitian griot, and many other dishes from around the world. Beyond food, non‑culinary vendors offer items such as small‑batch soaps and candles, henna art, international handmade goods, ceramics, jewelry, and vintage apparel.
Admission to the Queens Night Market is free, with most Saturday nights open to the public at no cost throughout the season.
