Our furnished Great Lawn provides plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities and playtime, and if you’d prefer to play indoors, visit our Parker Play. The 1,500 square foot space includes a playhouse, play kitchen, a slide, a play vanity, a television, and plenty of tables and seating options, making it perfect for any occasion. For those who enjoy hosting, we have several event spaces available for rent. If you’re looking for more of a workout, our fitness center is for you. Filled with high quality equipment and offering personal training programs, PT Fitness is a one-stop-shop for your workout wants and needs. At Parker Towers, we have something for everyone.
PET FRIENDLY LIVING
Parker Towers' pet-friendly apartments in NYC are well-suited for pet owners and furry friends, with spacious floorplans with plenty of storage, a Great Lawn for play time, and events like Dog Days, where you and your furry friend can meet neighbors. Not only is our community pet-friendly, the surrounding area is as well. There are many dog runs and parks within walking distance, as well as pet-friendly restaurants, pet spas, and stores nearby.
