EV Charging Stations Now Available

Residents now have access to EV charging stations located in our parking garages. Charge your vehicle for $0.35/KW, please click here for more info.

Compactor Room Etiquette

Please be respectful when disposing trash in the compactor room; we have received many complaints lately about residents leaving trash on the floor. The team works very to keep the community clean and we are asking everyone to do their part.

Doing Laundry Just Got Better, Easier, and More Convenient

We are happy to report that every building recently got a major laundry upgrade from our laundry partner CSC ServiceWorks and we have updated the HVAC system in all laundry rooms. Please keep all doors closed at all times. Residents can now take advantage of these great benefits:

  • New Pay by App Technology
  • Laundry Card Cash/Credit Refill
  • Brand New Machines & Room Amenities

As always, feel free to email us with any questions or concerns at parkertowers@beamliving.com.

Dog Reminders

Parker Towers is proud to be a pet-friendly community. Please be a Good Neighbor and a responsible dog owner and be considerate of the Dog Run rules. Together we can make Parker Towers a cleaner, safer, and happier community.

  • Dog Run is for residents only.

  • All dogs must be registered. Click HERE to register.

  • NYC Laws prohibit barking for longer than 10 minutes consecutively.

  • Avoid a $200 NYC fine, always have your dog on a leash.  Leashes must be at max 6ft in length.

  • Make sure to pick up after your dog; there are many bag stations around the property. Please keep our community clean.

  • Train your dog so they can be left home alone; curb nuisance barking.

  • Always ask before petting a stranger's dog.

  • Please do not allow your dogs to relieve themselves at the entrance of the buildings

Please Do Not Smoke on Property

Parker Towers is a smoke-free community. Smoking in stairwells, apartments, or any common area of a building is against the law and smoking in your apartment is prohibited by your lease. We, and your neighbors, thank you for cooperating.

Kids Corner & Book Swap

Thanks to generous resident donations, kids can head down to the Management Office to enjoy hours of fun and education with dozens of books for little readers. Check back often as the collection grows and bring your old children's books down for others to enjoy.

Keep Your Apartment Door Locked

Whether parking your car in the garage or relaxing at home, please always make sure to lock the door behind you. It's the simplest and most effective safety measure you can take.

Keep Ahead of Cooling Temps: Insulating A/C Units

    • A/C Unit Insulation happens during Heating Season (Oct. 1 - May. 31st)
    • To request insulation, a maintenance request must be submitted.
    • After the insulation is done, we encourage residents not to remove them. If they are removed, a $30 re-insulation charge will be applied.
Thermostatic Radiator Valve Usage
Our apartments now have a new thermostatic radiator valve installed. It controls the rate of steam flowing through the radiator allowing you to control the warmth of the room. Turning the dial towards the * (snowflake) will result in less heat to the room. Turning the dial towards 8 will provide more heat from the radiator. Most apartments should be comfortable between 5-6. Please take advantage of your heat control abilities and remember: open windows are the number one reason for energy inefficiencies.
